Easy to read Monthly Statements
All financial activity is tracked. We generate reports and include them in the monthly owner statement. Year to date and percentages are included to make it easier for our clients to prepare taxes and monitor cash flow throughout the year.
We Pay Your Bills
Upon your request, we pay tax, utility and other bills out of your account at no extra charge.
Prompt Maintenance Service
Deferred maintenance frequently results in greater long term cost. In some cases it can also alienate a good rent paying tenant. We work with our clients to minimize long term cost and maximize profitable tenancies.

We consider tenant screening to be critical to the performance of rental property. We check every tenant before recommending him or her to our client. That includes obtaining credit information, contacting the prior landlord and confirming employment.
